Carlos Lampe, the goalie for Bolivia, tweeted on Instagram his gratitude to Lionel Messi and Antoine De Paul for helping to make his children’s dreams come true.
“In football, sometimes you win, and sometimes you lose, and losing can be very bitter, but this life is not just about football, there is a life behind it, and sometimes it involves this beautiful sport, and sometimes it does not. This life is not just about football.” My girls had requested for these, and I was able to make them for them.
I thought it would be nice to share them with others and also retain them as a remembrance. As a parent, it brings me a great deal of joy when my children are able to achieve a childhood dream of theirs, which is to take pictures with Leo and Rodrigo. I have a feeling that many other people feel the same way.
My children can count on me to support them no matter what, so that they can achieve whatever it is that they set their minds to.
I pray that God will grant me the life to see them achieve their dreams and work in fields that they are passionate about. These things are priceless and just serve as a testament to how fantastic you guys are in every manner.
Thank you so much for being so kind to my family. Please accept my gratitude, @rodridepaul and @leomessi PS: Even if one’s dream was to become a parent, that would not be as rewarding as watching one of one’s children’s dreams come true and watching that child shed tears of joy (exactly like my oldest daughter did).
