Harry Maguire Tickles Fans After Appearing to ‘mark His Teammate’ Moments Before Ukraine Goal
Manchester United centre-back Harry Maguire found himself on the spot once again as fans pointed out his role in England’s concession of the first goal against Ukraine on Saturday, September 9.
Gareth Southgate’s side went behind in the first half thanks to Oleksandr Zinchenko’s strike in the 29th minute, but England were back in the game as Kyle Walker gave his nation the leveller before halftime.
Neither side could find the winner, as the game ended in a 1-1 stalemate, with England putting themselves on course to qualify for Euro 2024 in Germany.
