WHILE Suri Cruise is not a celebrity in her own right, she has gained some fame by having two famous parents – Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise.

Suri, 18, recently graduated high school, but many fans remember her as a little girl.

She was born on April 18, 2006, in Santa Monica, California, to Tom, 61, and Katie, 45.

Suri is the ex-couple’s only child.

She is currently being raised in New York City by her mom.

Suri recently changed her legal name from Suri Cruise to Suri Noelle.

After Suri’s birth, a spokesperson for the family released a statement.

“The child weighed 7lb, 7oz and was 20 inches in length,” they said.

“Both mother and daughter are doing well.”

Suri was born in a Los Angeles hospital.

Her name comes from a Hebrew word meaning “princess” or Persian for “red rose.”

“Friends of ours gave us a book and we just opened it and instantly came up with the name,” Tom once revealed in an interview.

TEENAGE SURI

In 2021, a teenage Suri was seen walking with her mom in New York.

The 15-year-old had on a gray tank top and maroon shorts with flip-flops.

Suri resembled her mother, Katie, when she was in Dawson’s Creek over 20 years ago.

ALL GROWN UP

In June 2023, Suri – then 17 – donned a more mature look with makeup and a knee-length denim skirt.

She was seen in the Soho neighborhood of Manhattan with friends, wearing a black tank top, which gave early 2000s vibes.

Suri had on several silver bracelets and a black string choker necklace with a large silver flower on it.

On her feet were black sneakers and tall white socks that were scrunched down at her ankles.

She had on a full face of makeup with lipstick, mascara, and blush.

CRUISING ALONG

Just two months later, Suri was spotted taking a walk in New York City, looking so grown up.

She wore a sheer white vest top and black leggings for her outing in Soho.

Suri added a pair of black sneakers and a shoulder bag with a floral strap.

Tom’s daughter had her hair down in a middle part and her locks fell past her shoulders.

SURI GOES TO PROM

Suri wore a tan dress with flowers and a paisley design on it to her prom on June 20.

The dress was mid-length and showed off her calves.

The 18-year-old paired the look with thin tan heels and a small black clutch.

Suri straightened her hair for the event and wore a full face of makeup.

She attended the prom with a date and mingled with him and her fellow classmates.

SO LONG, HIGH SCHOOL

Earlier this month, Suri graduated from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts.

She flashed a big smile while posing alongside her mom at the United Palace Theatre in New York.

She had on a bright red graduation gown over a white dress that almost reached her ankles, pairing the look with high heels.

The teenager held on to her graduation cap as she chatted it up with loved ones.

Katie rocked a yellow sweater over matching slacks and some silver pumps.

The Dawson’s Creek star had on a pair of sunglasses as she laughed with Suri.

At one point, the mother and daughter hugged while smiling and taking photos on Suri’s big day.

Later on, Suri seemed to do a shoe swap, trading in her fancy heels for a pair of high-top white Converse.

NAME CHANGE

Suri made a subtle dig at her dad, Tom, who she hasn’t been photographed with since she was a child.

In her graduation ceremony pamphlet, she listed her name as Suri Noelle.

Noelle is her mom Katie’s middle name, which she has now adopted as her last name, changing it from Cruise.

She was also listed as Suri Noelle on a casting sheet for Head Over Heels on Broadway in May.
