Inter Milan Sets Sights on January Transfer for Manchester United’s Donny van de Beek

After much effort, Manchester United signed six new players during the summer transfer window. However, the club had a much harder time finding buyers for their overpriced star players.

Although Fred was the only major first-team player to leave during the summer, manager Erik ten Hag ended up selling a number of academy graduates.

The most challenging players to replace were Eric Bailly, Donny van de Beek, and Harry Maguire, with the Ivorian only leaving after the English window had closed.

While United are trying urgently to trade away their Dutch midfielder, the England international is anticipated to remain with his current club at least until the next window.

Donny must be relocated.

Near the transfer deadline, he was connected to a number of clubs, but he waited to see if any of the bigger clubs would make a move for him. In general, clubs avoided the area.

Galatasaray and Fenerbahce, both of whom are from Turkey, are rumored to be in the running despite the club’s rejection of Gala’s initial loan offer. At this time, United is even open to the idea of approving a loan with a buyout provision.

Van van Beek may have to stay in Manchester for a few more months if he is unable to get a transfer to Turkey, but his situation is not expected to improve during that time.

The 26-year-old midfielder made just four appearances in all competitions for Ajax last season, and he was largely ineffective when given the opportunity. This was the case even under his former boss, Ten Hag.

A January transfer could be the best option for both parties, as he has yet to even make the matchday squad this season.

Fichajes reports that Serie A club Inter Milan is interested in signing the versatile midfielder in an effort to bolster its central midfield.

The Red Devils spent $39 million on the midfielder three years ago, but the Milan giants are willing to spend up to €20 million for him.

Donny van de Beek, a Manchester United acquisition who has underwhelmed, may be headed to Serie A and notably Inter Milan in the upcoming January transfer window.

“He believes he might find a more than interesting option under the guidance of Italian coach Simone Inzaghi to try to recapture the best version of himself.

Inter Milan is interested in the Dutch midfielder and is prepared to pay roughly 20 million euros to acquire him.

There was talk of a summer transfer to Inter, but at €13 million, his current market value according to Transfermarkt, it’s possible that the reported fee would be too costly.
