LeBron James and his children soak in the sun and play basketball in their $20.5 million LA mansion

LeBron James is willing to take a small loss to sell his huge colonial-style Los Angeles property.

On Monday, the NBA legend, 36, advertised his Brentwood home for a whopping $20.5 million. He paid $20,986,500 for the property in 2015.

The 9,440-square-foot home includes six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

The gated property, completed in 2011, is located in the upscale Rockingham Rim area, on the same street where O.J. Simpson lived during the killings of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.

The property has been updated and equipped with modern conveniences

James upgraded to a $36.75 million Mediterranean-style Beverly Hills house in October. Katharine Hepburn once lived at the house.

Meanwhile, he continues to own the $23 million Brentwood home he acquired in 2017.

In December, James agreed to a two-year, $85 million contract extension with the Los Angeles Lakers. He previously signed a four-year, $154 million contract with the franchise in 2018.
