A Texas law firm says it is representing more than 50 victims, including minors, who have accused rapper Diddy of sexual assault.
According to Page Six , attorney Tony Buzbee of Buzbee Law Firm announced on Instagram Thursday that the firm has been appointed by Ava Law Group as lead legal counsel to pursue claims “on behalf of over 50 individuals who suffered sexual assault and abuse at the hands of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his associates.”
The 55-year-old lawyer noted that the “brave group of individuals included both men and women,” many of whom were minors when the incident occurred. He also said some individuals reported the incident to police while others did not.

“Each individual’s story is heartbreaking. The alleged acts occurred at hotels, private homes, and Diddy’s infamous Freak Off parties. The acts were horrific, can only be described as depraved, committed by people in positions of power against minors and vulnerable people,” attorney Tony Buzbee wrote.
Buzbee said the company planned a press conference next week where it would share some of the victims’ stories in more detail. He also urged those who have been abused and are looking for help to contact the company. Buzbee has not yet filed a formal lawsuit on behalf of the group of individuals against Diddy.
Diddy, 54, is currently in custody in New York on charges of sex trafficking by force, extortion and transportation for prostitution. In the year before his arrest on September 16, the Bad Boy for Life singer had been sued for rape and battery by his ex-girlfriend and more than 10 others.
On September 27, an unnamed woman also filed a lawsuit against Diddy, accusing the rapper of repeatedly assaulting her over the course of four years since they met in 2020. The woman said Diddy forced her to come to his house multiple times and drugged her so she could rape her and film her. She said she became pregnant after one of the attacks, but Diddy’s associates forced her to have an abortion and she eventually miscarried.
On September 24, another woman sued the rapper’s record label boss and head of security for raping her in a New York recording studio and filming it in 2001.
Diddy has denied the allegations. His lawyer said the rapper is innocent and will fight to clear his name.
Diddy is one of hip-hop’s most prominent music executives, producers and performers, a three-time Grammy winner. The rapper founded Bad Boy Records in 1993, launched the Sean John clothing line, and has also launched a vodka brand and the Revolt television network. Diddy sold his entire stake in Revolt in June, three months after federal agents raided his home.
