When Margot Robbie was seen on the set of the upcoming live-action film about Barbie, she appeared to be a real-life version of the iconic doll. Donning a hot pink outfit consisting of a low-cut halter crop top and lace-up bell-bottom pants adorned with metallic stars, the 31-year-old actress exuded Barbie’s signature style. To complete her look, the two-time Academy Award nominee wore a long beige cardigan draped over her shoulders as she headed to film scenes in downtown Los Angeles on a Saturday.
The attractive blonde donned a stylish straight hairstyle which was cropped short. Her makeup was impeccable, featuring a blend of light gold eyeshadow, pink lipstick and a rosy blush. Her accessories included silver star earrings that dangled from her ears, and a bandana tied around her neck which matched her pink outfit. The artist completed her attire with a pair of white boots decorated with stars at the tips, giving her costume a final touch. Margot’s face was lit with a smile as she conversed with a member of staff who kept her dry with a black umbrella.
The celebrity stopped to snap some pictures with her supporters, leaning out of her car window to pose with a woman dressed as Harley Quinn (a character that the star portrayed in three different films). Vulture stated that the upcoming movie is all about “a doll who doesn’t quite fit in with the perfect toys and must venture out into the real world,” while IMDB’s synopsis describes it as “a live-action movie centered around a doll who is kicked out of Barbieland for not meeting expectations and embarks on a journey in the human world.”
