On September 27, information from Page Six said that a woman known as Jane Doe (name changed) officially accused rapper Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, of assaulting her for 4 years, from 2020 to 2024. Through her representative attorney Joseph L. Ciaccio, Jane Doe said that she first met Diddy abroad and was invited by the rapper on vacation, promising to cover all expenses for the trip.
According to the lawsuit, from 2021 to 2022, Jane Doe frequently visited Diddy at his homes in Los Angeles, New York, and Miami. However, she alleges that Diddy used coercive and harassing language to lure her to the United States. Jane Doe said Diddy often sent drivers to her home to threaten her.

The woman described that she suffered physical injuries, with multiple bruises and bites on her legs in 2022. In particular, she accused Diddy of drugging her alcoholic drink, forcing her to use ketamine and many other drugs in July 2022, causing her to pass out.
Notably, after the attack, Jane Doe discovered she was pregnant. Before her miscarriage, she claims Diddy’s associates harassed her to force her to have an abortion. In her lawsuit, she writes: “The rapper I’ll Be Missing You continued to call and text me until July 2024, causing me to fear for my safety. He tracked my location and monitored my conversations to ensure I remained silent about the abuse.”
Jane Doe is now seeking compensation for the injuries, financial losses, and physical harm she suffered.
Page Six has reached out to Sean Combs’ representatives for comment on the allegations, but Diddy has remained silent on the shocking news.
Diddy is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in New York City. Authorities are still actively investigating the series of allegations related to this rapper to clarify the truth about the legal issues he is facing.
