According to Deadline, the victim, now 37 years old, filed a lawsuit in New York federal court. The girl said she went to the bedroom to lie down because she felt dizzy and had a headache from drinking alcohol at a party on September 7, 2000.
The 19-page filing reveals that Sean Combs and several other celebrities entered the room. Diddy was 30 at the time of the incident.
The complaint reads: “The victim was held down and raped by Person A while Combs and the celebrity (a woman) stood by and watched. After A, Combs raped the victim while the other two stood by and watched.”
The victim tried to resist by hitting the rapper in the neck, which was when Diddy stopped, the lawsuit says. The victim immediately fled the room and called his father to pick him up.
In the lawsuit, the victim said she had psychological problems, fell into depression and did not want to contact many people after the incident. The lawsuit filed by attorney Tony Buzbee in Texas (USA) stated clearly.
Attorney Tony Buzbee is representing 120 people who claim to be victims of Diddy, filing lawsuits against the celebrity. The attorney revealed that the youngest victim was just 9 years old and claimed that several celebrities were involved in Diddy’s sexual assaults.
“We expect to file lawsuits naming Mr. Combs and others each week as we continue to gather evidence and prepare our case,” attorney Tony Buzbee added.
Diddy has not yet responded to the new lawsuits.
